For self-drive rentals, you must present: (1) A valid passport, (2) A valid national driver's license, and (3) An International Driving Permit (IDP) or a Sri Lankan Temporary Driving Permit issued by the AAC. We can assist you in obtaining the local permit prior to your arrival.

Yes, GPS navigators and child safety seats can be added as optional accessories during your booking verification phase. Baby seats are charged at a nominal flat rate of LKR 1,500 per rental.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, bank transfers, and cash payments (in LKR, USD, EUR, or GBP). For booking confirmations, a minor deposit is processed online, and the balance can be settled at the time of vehicle pick-up.

A security deposit is required for self-drive rentals to cover minor damages or traffic violations. The deposit amount is pre-authorized on your credit card or kept in cash, and is released/refunded immediately upon returning the vehicle in its original condition.

We offer a full refund on deposits if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours will incur a 50% reservation fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours.

Yes, when booking a vehicle with a chauffeur, the driver's standard allowance, meals, and basic accommodation fees are fully included in the daily pricing. There are no additional out-of-pocket driver costs for you.

To guarantee safety, our drivers can operate up to 10 hours or cover 200 kilometers per day, whichever comes first. Over-hours and extra-kilometers are subject to clear pre-calculated rates disclosed during booking confirmation.
